Smoked Cheeseball

Our Smoked Cheeseball is a staple at every family gathering. We love to pair with a Pinot Noir and peppered salami.


- 4 oz Cream Cheese or Plain Goat Cheese

-1/2 cup grated Creamy Cheddar (Recommend Sartori)

-1/2 cup grated Smoked Gouda

-1 Tbsp sundried tomatoes

-1 Tbsp Fresh Basil

-1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

-3 Tbsp plain Almonds


-Let the cream cheese get to room temperature before mixing.

-In a bowl mix the cream cheese, smoked gouda, cheddar, sundried tomatoes, basil, smoked paprika, and garlic. Mix until ingredients are well combined.

-Scoop mixture into saran wrap and form into a ball.

-Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.(We typically chill overnight)

-Take out 30 minutes prior to serving.

-Crush almonds and sprinkle over the cheeseball before serving.
