Pear and Brie Tart

Our Pear and Brie Tart offers a sweet and savory flavor and is the perfect addition to any meal! We recommend this tart as a light dessert following a meal or to compliment a brunch.



- 1 Puff Pastry

- 2 D'Anjou Pears

- 16 oz Brie

- 1 tsp Sea Salt

- 3 Tbsp Honey

- Rosemary


- Preheat oven to 400 degrees or to temperature indicated on the puff pastry package.

-Thinly slice the Pear and Brie and set aside.

-Cut the puff pastry into even squares.

-Layer each square with the Pear and Brie by alternating each slice.

-Cook until lightly browned and as indicated on the puff pastry package - about 30 minutes.

-Let cool for 5 minutes.

-Sprinkle with a pinch of Sea salt over each square.

-Drizzle each square with Honey.

-Lastly, garnish with Rosemary or Sage.

Serves: 4-6 guests.
