Willrose was built on years of many gatherings, large and small, that filled a room where charcuterie was the conversation piece.  A dish that offers richness in flavor, is simple, and satisfying to the mind, body, and soul. We source only the finest cured meats, artisanal cheeses, and produce from local farms in and around Missouri.
